How We Work
Three steps before manufacturing begins. We start with an on-site survey and consultation to understand your security requirements, dimensions, finishes, and architectural context. From there we issue a detailed, transparent quotation tailored to your specification and budget. The phase closes with technical drawings and a final specification covering every dimension, construction detail, finish, and piece of hardware. Every element confirmed before any steel is cut.
Eleven steps in our UK workshop. Engineering and material planning, CNC steel-sheet processing, press-brake forming, hand welding, powder coating, wood and panel milling, bespoke joinery, hand preparation, spray finishing, assembly with locking systems and ironmongery, and final quality control and packaging. Precision machinery and skilled handwork at every stage, with full quality control before each door leaves the workshop.
Delivery and installation carried out by experienced professionals, ensuring correct fitting, alignment, and performance in line with the approved specification. Ongoing technical support and maintenance for long-term reliability and peace of mind.
