3. Technical Drawings & Final Specification
Once approved, we produce technical drawings and a final specification covering dimensions, construction details, finishes, and hardware. This ensures every element is confirmed before manufacturing begins.

5. Steel Sheet Processing
Manufacturing begins with precision CNC cutting of steel and metal components, forming the foundation for accurate and consistent construction.
6. Press Brake Forming
Steel panels and frames are shaped using press brakes, allowing complex bends and made-to-measure detailing with exceptional accuracy.
7. Hand Welding
Experienced welders assemble components with precision and care, ensuring strength, durability, and flawless construction.
8. Powder Coating
Durable, high-quality powder-coated finishes are applied in controlled conditions, tailored to the specified colour and performance requirements.
9. Wood Milling
Where required, panels are CNC-milled from wood, aluminium, or MDF in 2D and 3D formats, delivering refined detail and robust performance.
10. Bespoke Joinery
Specialist joinery elements are incorporated to enhance design and functionality, finished to exacting standards.
11. Hand Preparation
Each component is carefully prepared and inspected by skilled professionals to maintain consistent quality throughout the build.
12. Spray Painting
Where specified, spray finishes are applied with precision to achieve the exact colour, texture, and depth required.
13. Assembly
All components are brought together, integrating bespoke steel frames, advanced locking systems, and selected ironmongery into a complete security solution.
14. Packaging
Final quality checks are completed before careful packaging to ensure safe transport and delivery in perfect condition.
